The VILLAGE CRAFTERS OF CAPE COD is pleased to announce its calendar of Arts & Crafts Fairs for the 2025 Season; OUR 45th YEAR. The Fairs will take place on the grounds of the following locations with book sales when possible:

 

FRIDAY July 11, 10-4, $65, DOANE PARK for CHASE LIBRARY with book sale

                Route 28, Harwichport next to PO WEIGHTS, NO STAKES

Thursday July 17, 10-4, $65, WEST YARMOUTH CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH with lobster lunch/thrift shop

                   383 Route 28, West Yarmouth WEIGHTS, NO STAKES for Katelynn’s Closet, S Yarmouth

Saturday July 19, 9-4, $60, OSTERVILLE LIBRARY with Plein Air painters, book sale

                   43 Wianno Ave, Osterville  WEIGHTS, NO STAKES NOTE TIMES

Saturday July 26, 10-4, $60 SANDWICH LIBRARY with book sale

                  142 Main St, Sandwich

Thursday Aug. 7, 10-4, $65, WEST YARMOUTH CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH with lobster lunch/thrift shop

CHECKS:      A SEPARATE CHECK AND APPLICATION FORM ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH. CHECKS MAY BE POST-DATED TO JUNE 1.

                       INCOMPLETE applications and those NOT INCLUDING SEPARATE CHECKS will be returned and will result in not being accepted.

 

SET-UP        ALL BUT SANDWICH SHOWS: WEIGHTS ONLY, NO STAKES.

                      Spaces are 10X10 and pre-assigned. Set up time begins at 7:30; MUST BE SET UP

                      BY 9:30 with all excess stock out of sight. Exhibitors must maintain a professional manner at all times.

                      OSTERVILLE IN JULY MUST BE SET UP BY 8:30

PARKING    VEHICLES SHOULD BE UNLOADED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AND PARKED IN

                      DESIGNATED AREAS BEFORE SETTING UP. DO NOT PARK FOR THE DAY IN HANDICAPPED SPACES

BREAKDOWN Unless authorized by show chair, there will be NO BREAKDOWN BEFORE 4:00 PM

                           and you must vacate site by 5:30 PM

FEES CHANGE: Doane Park and West Yarmouth Congregational Church fees are $65 to help offset the cost of required liability insurance.

                              All others remain at $60.

 

NOTE: Doane Park shows will be on FRIDAYS
